We operate Monday - Saturday and accept shipments from 8 am - 5 pm.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
What is your turnaround speed on shipping out products?
Once received with shipping order, most orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
Will you Share my buys with others?
We never share our customers information, we value your business and privacy above all else.
Can I drop off my products?
Yes! We accept retail arbitrage drop-offs daily by appointment only.
Do you work with new Amazon Sellers?
Absolutely! We’ll help you avoid a lot of pitfalls and nuances that come with being an Amazon FBA seller.
What happens if you find a damaged item?
If we notice damage to an item before we prep it then we will delete the item from your shipment. We will work with you on getting the item returned or replaced.
How do I pay for services?
You will be invoiced via PayPal when your shipment is ready to be sent to Amazon. Payments are due upon receipt.
What happens if a customer returns a product?
We will return the item to you (fee may apply), dispose of the item or donate it on your behalf.
Is pick up available for my location?
